The farm is being transformed into a unique agri-tourism destination, designed to give visitors a hands-on experience with crop cultivation and heritage-breed livestock production. The goal is to foster meaningful connections between guests, the land, and the region’s agricultural traditions.

The centerpiece of this transformation is the restored and expanded farmhouse, which will serve as the heart of the visitor experience. Designed to balance authenticity with hospitality, the farmhouse will feature bed-and-breakfast-style guest suites, a welcoming wraparound porch, a library, and a chef’s kitchen capable of supporting farm-to-table dining experiences. Every intervention has been guided by a commitment to preserving and enhancing the home’s historic character—even as its footprint grows to accommodate modern needs.

In addition to architectural restoration, new programming will activate the farmstead as a living classroom. Guests will have opportunities to engage directly with sustainable farming practices, animal care, and local food preparation, ensuring the property is both educational and immersive.
