This converted butcher shop was transformed into a 1920's-inspired cocktail lounge with interior designer Matt Wagner Design and award-winning cocktail extraordinaire Moriah Rose.
The existing 1940 bar building contained an unused apartment in the back, allowing for a major expansion of the bar and lounge seating without significantly expanding the service areas. The new interior areas feature custom tile work, cherry wood built-ins, custom wall-coverings, and a brass-studded zinc bar top. In addition to its obvious sex appeal, the interior renovations brought the building into full compliance with current plumbing, accessibility (ADA) and health codes.
