Our design significantly enhanced the building's function and appearance, thoughtfully blending wellness, leisure, and administrative spaces. The new layout emphasizes accessibility and flexibility to meet diverse resident needs. We helped the owner prioritize all project goals, create a functional and achievable design, and bid the project out to multiple general contractors. Because of our client's careful decisions and thoughtful feedback, the project was constructed on-time and under budget.  Our design team was able to maintain the vibe of the original structure while also upgrading the building's restrooms, offices, fitness center and lounge.
